The popular indigenous Yoruba activist, Sunday Aseyemo, profoundly known as Sunday Igboho has appeared at Igangan in Ibarapa North Local Government Area of Oyo state, days after it was reported that suspected herdsmen killed people and destroyed properties in the community last weekend.
Igboho who stormed the community on Monday evening was seen in photos shared online, waving at the people especially Okada riders who keep hailing him which he also acknowledging cheers from them from inside Toyota Hilux that conveyed him

According to his spokesman, Olayomi Koiki who said Igboho’s visit to the community was to assess the level of destruction witnessed in the village and to also relate with the villagers.
Sunday Igboho’s visit follows two days after scores of gunmen attacked Igangan in Ibarapa North Local Government Area of the state killing about 20 people
A resident said the attackers were more than 50. They came on 20 motorcycles around 11 pm on June 6. They started shooting, stabbing, clubbing our people and set ablaze the palace of the monarch in the agrarian town
