Kano State Goverment Has Appointed Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero As The New Emir Of Kano State | Major Facts Behind This


Immediately after the removal of Muhammadu Sanusi  II, The state Government through the secretary of the state government have Announced Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero  son of the late Emir Ado Bayero as the new Emir of Kano.

Recall that on Monday 9th of march, the state council announces the removal of the 14th Emir of Kano State under the leadership of state governor, Abdullah Ganduje, in a statement signed By Alhaji Usman Alhaji, where they said that the dethroned Emir have been disrespect to lawful instructions and activities by the state government adding that he breached part 3 section 13 of the Kano state Emirate law 2019.

Just six hour after the dethronement, the state government through the state SSG appoint Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero son of late Emir Alhaji Ado Bayero as directed by his Excellency Abdullah Ganduje of Kano State.

Shortly after announcement of the deposed monarch, heavy security have been deploy to the palace lead by Kano state Commissioner of Police, Habu Sani where they disperses people gathering in front of the palace and deny the access of monarchs and chiefs that want to greet the deposed emir.

Exactly 5pm on Monday a black jeep with no registration number was spotted moving the deposed Emir out of the palace to Aminu International Airport where he was taken to Nasarawa state where he was banished to.

Coincidentally, this is how the northern leader, Sir Ahmadu Bello was banished Mohammadu Sanusi  I who reign between 1953 – 1963
