High Court in Lagos admits more evident on the ongoing Naira Marley’s trial

The ongoing trial of Azeez Fashola well known as Naira Marley suffered a set back on Wednesday as the Federal high court sitting in Lagos accept more evident exhibit by the EFCC counsel, Anosike Augustine

Recall on may 20th 2019, EFCC arraigned the controversial singer on 11 count charges of cyber crime and money laundering which the agency said it act contrary to money laundering act and cybercrime act

The accusation followed the credit card EFCC found in his house which bore different name stranger names, Nicole Louise Malyon and Timea Fedorne Tatar.

Olalekan Ojo (SAN) the singer’s counsel opposed the said evident on the ground that the phone has been used as evident before, which was overruled by the Judge

However, the court adjourned the trial due to absence of Naira Marley’s counsel which was not opposed by the second counsel
