Herdsmen Attack: two person confirmed dead, Amotekun’s vehicle set ablaze

Not more than two person were confirmed dead in the recent attack carried out by herdsmen in Sanusi village in Owo Local Government area of Ondo state
The incident which occurs on Thursday February 11 was said to cost life of two Farmers also members of vigilante group and vehicles of Ondo state security network agency also known as Amotekun was set ablaze by the herdsmen
According to the source, it was gathered that the herdsmen attack on the village was as a result of order given to Amotekun by the Governor Rotimi Akeredolu to flush out all unregistered herders grazing in the government forest reserve
The incident was confirmed by the public relation officer of the Amotekun Corp, Mr. Adebayo Ayeni who said some hoodlum with arms and ammunition invade Ondo state while disguise as herders and make use of the forest to operate and to achieve their aim after kidnapped
