An innocent baby boy was spotted in a gutter dumped by someone around Gboko local government area of Banue state
The incident which left many residents in shock happen on Wednesday January 20 evening which was seen by one comrade G.A Tyotule and Simeon Terwase Kwaghbula who posted it on their respective social media handle
