
The house committee on Army says 386 soldiers voluntarily disengaged themselves from serving the nation for either medical reason or other ways
According to the report from the chairman house committee on Army, Abdulrazaq Namdaz, made available to newsmen shows that 1,908 soldiers left army, out of this figure 356 soldiers left after losing interest in the profession, 24 soldiers left to take up traditional position offer by their respective community whole only 6 soldiers got discharged on medical ground
He said


He added that in five years 6,752 soldiers were discharged in Army while they recruit 25,655 soldiers within 5 years
The committee urge the Army to improve the welfare of their men especially those in warfront against insurgencies and other insecurity issue facing the nation adding that adequate monitoring should be in place to ensure the welfare package are delivered to the rightful owner regardless of the soldier location and without nay favoritism and sentiment
